Cosmetic Fearless Form is Layla’s 2026 Fashion Scholarship Fund design and product development case study, imagining a conceptual collaboration between Schiaparelli and the National Breast Cancer Foundation.

The project reimagines post-surgical recovery wear as empowering and sensual, inspired by Schiaparelli’s surrealist heritage. Informed by interviews with survivors, the designs address the gap between functionality and beauty in existing options. Fearless Form proposes garments that support healing while helping women reconnect with confidence and identity.

Through this work, Layla explored consumer research, concept development, and technical design while examining the potential of cross-industry collaboration.
